Connecting Unsound’s love of sound, performance and uncanny fashion in a unique setting, on October 6th 2023 we have gathered at the edge of the Zakrzówek quarry, filled with megalitres of deep blue mineral water, surrounded by mist and towering rocks. This place of legends, celebrated by Cracovians, has been turned into a fashion runway where we have presented the Unsound DADA collection.
Designed by costume designer and stylist SEBA TOKARCZYK, the collection will be revealed in a dynamic performance by models and friends of the festival, soundtracked by Brazil’s DJ K. Earlier, the event will open with a DJ set from Hermeneia.
Tomasz Gawroński was invited to create a light installation that would capture the spirit of the DADA collection and blend into the landscape of Zakrzówek. The futurism and boldness of the DADA concept, along with the mysterious shades of blue drifting through the mist above the reservoir, inspired Gawroński to incorporate strobe lights and dense theatrical smoke.
