New technologies have their bright and dark sides. It's worth talking about how to manage them so that they don't start ruling us and our time. Among other things, we will try to answer the question of how new technologies affect mental health, and what effect they have on our concentration, general well-being, and how they relate to irritability. We will discuss all this in a panel discussion, to which we cordially invite you.
