Boginie[Goddesses]

Goddesses
is a performance based on the myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Demeter and Cora, which are linked by the motif of wandering between the worlds of the living and the dead. The moment of transition and the numerous representations of Hades in the culture inspired the creators to ask the question about the condition of gods and goddesses. It is a story about corporeality, pain, illness, but also about the search for identity, recovery and learning to understand one's own body.
What is Hades for Demeter, goddess of fertility and protector of beautiful births?

What is Hades for her daughter Kora, the only one alive among the dead?

What is Hades for Eurydice continually pulled from the afterlife?
What is Hades for Orphea, in mythology the famous poet and Argonaut?

What is Hades for Karen Carpenter?
What and who is Hades in modern times?
